When We Unite, We Are Greater Than Hate
We are greater than hate.
Extremist lawmakers are legislating hate and rewriting the future of our country.
Their discriminatory policies further isolate our communities and put people in danger — particularly LGBTQ+ and transgender people, people of color, women, people with disabilities, children, and teachers.
They claim to be defending freedoms, but we know the truth: they want power over us. And a majority divided is much easier to control. But we are so much greater than our differences.
Our Coalition members are Black and brown, queer and transgender, activists and allies, united by the belief that everyone deserves dignity and respect.
We are beautiful, unique, resilient, and greater than hate.
“Politicians have decided hate is a winning strategy—at the expense of the health, safety, and even lives of women, queer people, people of color, and disabled people. These attempts to legislate hate just end up hurting us all.” Fatima Goss Graves
Extremist politicians spew hate to rally their bases in a push for power. They want to control the books we can read, the lessons teachers teach — even the decisions we make about our own bodies.
It’s time to take the power back.
We refuse to let them control us. We must unite and work together to oppose hate in all its forms.
